COMLEX-USA or
Comprehensive Osteopathic Medical Licensing Examination is a series of three
osteopathic medical licensing examinations administered by the
National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners (NBOME) similar to the United States Medical Licensing Examination (

osteopathic physicians (

Level Three
